The name “Hiraya” reflects what we believe in — the fruit of one’s dreams — and “Raya,” meaning friend, reminds us to show up for our clients with the same care we would for people close to us.

Think of the Brand Book as your brand’s “North Star.” While every book is tailored to the specific needs of your business, it generally includes:

In the spirit of Raya (friendship), we believe the job isn’t done until you are proud of the result. We don’t count rounds; we focus on the destination. We continue to iterate and refine the design until it perfectly reflects your Hiraya (dream).
Absolutely. You own your brand. Once the final payment is made, we provide all high-resolution files, including vector source files (AI/EPS), PDFs for print, and web-ready PNGs/JPEGs.
Shopify is a dedicated powerhouse for Ecommerce. The higher investment for Shopify covers the technical setup of your “digital storefront,” including inventory logic, shipping configurations, payment gateways, and collection mapping. WordPress is ideal for service-based businesses that need more custom layouts and content-heavy pages
We don’t believe in “launching and leaving.” This is a free 90-day troubleshooting period included in our website packages. If a button stops working, a link breaks, or you have a “how-to” question about updating your content, we are here to help at no extra cost. It’s our way of ensuring your website has a stable foundation as it starts to grow.
Note: This period covers technical glitches and training questions related to the original scope; new features or design overhauls would be quoted separately.
We don’t just “ghost” you! After your initial 3-month “Peace of Mind” support period ends, we offer a monthly retainer for security updates, small content changes, and technical maintenance so you can focus on growing your business.

To secure your spot on our design calendar, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the project begins. The remaining 50% balance is due once the final designs are approved and before we hand over the master files or launch your website.
We aim to make the process as smooth as possible. We currently accept payments via Wise & Payoneer. All invoices are sent digitally for your convenience.
We believe in total transparency. Our package prices cover our design and development time. However, third-party costs such as Shopify/WordPress hosting subscriptions, domain registration, premium app/plugin fees are not included in our fee and are the responsibility of the client. We will always advise you on the best options for your budget.
Because we offer Unlimited Revisions, we are committed to working with you until the design is a perfect reflection of your “Hiraya” (dream). Because of this commitment and the time-intensive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the project has commenced. We guarantee that we won’t stop until you love the result!
Of course! If you realize you need extra packaging designs, additional website pages, or an email marketing setup midway through the project, we can simply add those to your final invoice as “Add-ons.” We’ll always provide a quote for the extras before we start work on them.

Yes. We act as your invisible internal department. We sign NDAs, work behind the scenes, and can even join your Slack or Project Management tools under your agency’s domain to keep the experience seamless for your clients.
You can submit as many design or development requests as you like. We work through them one-by-one (per brand) to ensure every output meets your agency’s high standards without sacrificing speed or quality.
Most standard design tasks (social assets, landing page edits, or collateral) are delivered within 24–48 hours. Larger projects like full Brand Identities or Website Builds are broken down into daily milestones.
Generally, no. We stay behind the scenes to ensure you maintain the primary relationship. However, we are happy to join calls where a Branding Specialist or Lead Developer is specifically required by the client to provide high-level expertise, strategic insight, or technical consultation.
Your agency does. Once a task is completed, we provide all layered source files (Figma, AI, PSD) and master assets. You have total ownership to present and deliver them to your clients as your own.
Absolutely. If your agency is growing fast and you need support for 4+ clients, you can simply add an extra “seat” to your retainer or talk to us about a custom enterprise-level partnership.
To ensure a seamless hand-off, we always ask which platforms your team prefers to receive source files in. Our core design stack includes Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CapCut (with Canva available upon request). For web projects, we build on Shopify, WordPress, and Webflow.
Additionally, we have extensive experience integrating and managing ecosystems like Privy, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Kartra, and Mighty Networks.
